B2B Marketing
  • Create and maintain company presentations, factsheets, etc. for sales & marketing purposes
  • Support our regional teams with marketing requests
  • Assist with preparation for tradeshows and events
  • Coordinate online & offline marketing requirements (e.g., print and digital magazine articles, newsletter banners, etc.)
  • Prepare project briefs for external agencies (e.g., graphic design, video creation, etc.)
  • Coordinate translation of online and offline content
  • Prepare reports on overall performance of marketing campaigns
  • Assist with maintaining our global marketing calendar
  • Prepare and execute marketing campaigns in a timely fashion
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to create supporting materials
  • Monitor, track and report on digital metrics and campaign KPIs
Communication & Branding
  • Support our CRM-based initiatives; assisting with creating content for B2B audiences
  • Help maintain and govern our company-wide digital asset library
  • Ensure all sales & marketing collateral is kept up-to-date at all times
  • Support all teams to ensure that their internal and external communication is in keeping with our brand guidelines

  • Degree with a focus in Digital Marketing, Communication or related fields desired
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a relevant position within the digital marketing field (with experience of SEO, SEA and Content Marketing in particular)
  • Experience within a B2B hospitality technology / SaaS environment is a strong asset
  • Experience with using a CRM platform is an advantage
  • Excellent MS office skills are a must, especially Powerpoint
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are desirable (French is a plus)
  • Result-driven, comfortable with taking own initiative
  • Excellent organizational and project tracking skills, focused on adhering to timelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills – both with internal and external partners
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
