Yield Enhancement Engineer (m/​d/​f)

What we expect

  • Development and Setup of Wafer acceptance test (WAT) procedures
  • Data analysis to identify process root cause and fail mechanism of yield issues
  • Work closely with Process Integration and Process engineer for fast ramp to MP and yield improvement
  • Participate in interdisciplinary problem solving focus teams (TFs) to provide yield and failure analysis expertise
  • Prepare detail and clear yield indices and reports/pareto of yield problems
  • Serve as a key role in identifying and implementing new methods for yield analysis, and working with Yield Enhancement team to continuous improve YE process efficiencies
  • Supervise and monitor manufacturing process in close teamwork with single process engineering, process RD, QA, etc.

Who we are looking for

  • Master degree or PhD in Physics, Material Sciences, Electronics or related field in science
  • Excellent technological professional skills in semiconductor physics, electrical measurment techniques, electrical engineering
  • Experience in developing measuring instruments, measurement setups and calibration procedures
  • Advanced problem solving skills (beneficial: Six Sigma experience, etc.)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and willingness to work in a team environment
  • Ability to adjust to fast changing environments and project working style to set up new processes
  • High organizational communication skills
  • Confident writing and speaking ability in English
